General Terms & Conditions
Reservation & Payment : Reservation can be done in writing, by phone or fax, or through our website. Upon receipt of the confirmation, a deposit of 25% is required within 10 days, otherwise the booking is automatically cancelled. Payment of the balance must reach us no later than 30 days prior to sailing dates.
Cancellation: Cancellation can be achieved without any penalties, provided a written notice 45 days prior to sailing.
* 25% charge will be levied for cancellation between 30 and 45 days before embarkation.
* 75% charge will be levied for cancellation between 8 and 30 days before embarkation.
* No refund will be made 7 days prior to sailing date.
Tour Conductor: One tour conductor is granted free of charge accommodation for a group of minimum 20 passengers. For every group the maximum is two conductors free of charge. Tour conductors will share cabin.

Official Rating is the Rating Giving to the Cruise By the Egyptian Tourism Authority. However This is Not the Only Factor that affect the Cruise Quality. - All Cabins are Outside Cabins in Nile Cruises. There are No inside Cabins. However the Cabins are distributed on the Cruise Decks. - Full Board Meals include Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
